They are seeking a Power BI Enablement Lead to define the vision, build the curriculum, and lead the internal Power BI enablement program, empowering teams to unlock insights and improve storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, role-based programs and materials (e.g., documentation, hands-on exercises, workshops) for various skill levels (beginner to advanced)
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Power BI trainers and developers, promoting professional development and skill enhancement
Coordinate team efforts, allocate resources effectively, and manage project timelines for training initiatives
Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (both in-person and virtual) on Power BI functionalities, data visualization best practices, and DAX formulas
Establish support channels and resources for end-users post-training to ensure continuous learning and adoption
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business analysts to align training programs with the existing data infrastructure and governance standards
Act as a liaison between the training team and cross-functional departments to translate business requirements into effective learning objectives

Qualification

Microsoft Power BIBusiness IntelligenceData AnalyticsMicrosoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst AssociateMicrosoft BI StackInstructional designCommunication skillsPresentation skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics, with significant hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI
3+ years of experience building a Power BI user program
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Power I Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft BI Stack (e.g., Azure SQL Data Warehouse, SSAS, SSRS) is a plus
Relevant training or instructional design certifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
