Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for day-to-day facility operations
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensure requirements
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that support high-quality resident care
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate staff to build a strong, engaged team
Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment
Collaborate with medical directors, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes
Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives; implement data-driven solutions
Address resident and family concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, staffing levels, and operational reporting
Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, compliance, and facility operation
Qualification
Required
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Florida
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, including resident rights
Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Strong understanding of care planning, medication administration standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Knowledge of social services, resident advocacy, and family engagement
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
