Desktop Support Associate – NCAL

The National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives is seeking a Desktop Support Associate to provide frontline technical support for Kaiser Medical groups and business partners. The role involves responding to service requests related to desktop hardware and assisting with the implementation of end user computing applications and devices.

Required

frontline technical support and guidance in planning, implementation and ongoing operations of LANs and WANs
implementation of end user computing applications and devices for Kaiser Medical groups and business partners and employees
responding to tickets (inquires or requests for services related to desktop hardware) originating from the National Service Desk
handling requests that cannot be serviced over the phone, generating tickets electronically and distributing via network queue to the relevant location or business line
resolving Incident tickets: all secondary break/fix requests for electronic desktop equipment
handling Add/Move/change tickets: moving and installing new personal computers and/or ordering and replacing equipment for assigned areas
performing standard routine and often repetitive work under supervision of other staff
