Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, timely estimates for commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects

Perform takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analyses using plans, specifications, and site walks

Develop budgets, schedules, and production assumptions that align with field execution

Partner with operations and sales to ensure estimates are executable and profitable

Manage projects from award through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and margin targets are met

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials to maintain efficient workflows

Monitor job costs, production rates, and change orders; adjust plans proactively

Conduct site visits to verify progress, workmanship, and compliance

Champion Munie’s safety-first culture on every project

Ensure work is planned and executed in accordance with safety policies, JSAs, and best practices

Identify hazards early and stop work when conditions are unsafe

Reinforce accountability through consistent field presence

Track job profitability and identify risks or variances early

Support accurate billing, change order documentation, and project closeout

Use data and reporting to drive smarter operational decisions
