Conduct outbound calls to customers to generate leads and promote our products/services
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and improve sales techniques
Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services
Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Required

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
Proven results exceeding sales targets
Professional and clear verbal communication

Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions
A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs
A keen interest in market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly
Handle 100-250 dials per day
