Remote High Ticket Closer - Online Coaching Industry ONLY
ScalingWebinars is a full stack marketing and sales agency that provides growth solutions for online coaching companies. They are seeking a high ticket closer to take scheduled inbound calls from webinar generated leads and close deals, focusing on the online coaching and digital education space.

Responsibilities
Represent Scaling Webinars with professionalism and energy on every prospect interaction
Conduct virtual sales calls via Zoom with inbound leads from weekly webinars and marketing campaigns
Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming training materials and staying current on client offers
Participate in weekly team training and sales coaching sessions to continuously level up your closing skills
Manage your sales pipeline including lead follow up, appointment confirmations, and tracking opportunities in the CRM
Complete administrative tasks: updating CRM records, call notes, sales activity reporting
Engage in discovery dialogue to identify prospect pain points, core desires, and buying motives
Deliver persuasive sales presentations that speak to transformation and highlight the life changing value of our clients' programs
Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance targets consistently
Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless sales process and contribute to a high performance culture
Qualification
Required
6+ months closing high ticket ($5k+) online coaching programs, courses, or digital education products
Experience closing sales from webinar generated leads (not cold outbound, not traditional sales cycles)
Deep familiarity with the online course/coaching industry - you understand how digital transformation programs are marketed and sold
Previous remote sales training specifically for online coaching or info product sales (not traditional sales training)
Full time availability (40+ hours/week, you manage your own calendar)
Minimum 6 months of high ticket sales experience in the online coaching, course creation, or digital education industry
Proven track record of closing $5k+ deals from webinar generated leads or digital marketing funnels
Experience with remote sales operations and virtual closing (Zoom, CRM systems, pipeline management)
Full time commitment (40+ hours/week baseline)
Ability to manage your own schedule and operate autonomously
Coachable, growth oriented, and hungry to improve
Thrives in fast paced, high performance environments
