Responsibilities
Lead by example how to sell residential HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Electrical systems
Develop sales training materials for use within HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments
Create and lead sales classes with groups of 12-15 Technicians
Recruit, train, and retain Sales Technicians
Motivate, manage, and discipline Technicians
Review and Approve Technician time and payroll
Manage key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit, etc.)
Address customer complaints related to field operations
Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges
Assure adherence to all TDLR and Texas Plumbing Board governances
Any other duties as required by management team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience training HVAC Technicians to sell residential HVAC systems
Plumbing license required
Preferred
Class B HVAC Contractors License a plus
NATE certification a plus
Bi-lingual with English and Spanish a plus
Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics is a plus
Class B HVAC Contractors License preferred
Electrical license preferred
