Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with vehicle rental reservations and check-ins

Maintain rental vehicle inventory, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness

Support front-office administrative tasks, including rental agreements, documentation, and recordkeeping

Assist service advisors with entry-level service tasks such as vehicle check-ins, inspection notes, and scheduling

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle availability, rental terms, and service updates

Help maintain an organized and efficient rental and service department environment

Ability to handle cash, paperwork, and customer documentation accurately

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues across departments

Must be at least 18 years of age

Have a valid driver's license

Clean driving record

Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred

Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
