Responsibilities
Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Must be able to stand and walk the whole shift!
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)
Qualification
Required
Be authorized to work in the U.S
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
You have 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!
You have a state license if required
You have CPR/First Aid
You have computer literacy and phone skills
Must have access control and customer service experience
Computer skill (outlook, visitor management and access control)
Access control and customer service experience
You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
You have an active MD guard card
Need to be available for site training during the week if hired
