Responsibilities
Support delivery of employee experience features by translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Write PRDs for small, well-scoped initiatives and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in discovery by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and learning how to define critical user journeys (CUJs)
Lead appropriately scoped meetings with business stakeholders, with guidance from your manager or senior PMs
Communicate status updates, risks, and decisions clearly to the team and stakeholders
Use available data and analytics to help prioritize work and measure feature success
Create basic product artifacts (presentations, docs, dashboards) with coaching and feedback
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or relevant internship experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain business logic clearly
Ability to follow a defined process, manage scoped deliverables, and meet deadlines
Comfort working with data at a basic level — interpreting metrics, dashboards, or reports to inform decisions
Familiarity with common product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, product roadmaps, bug tracking)
Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and domains quickly
A collaborative mindset and interest in building strong working relationships across teams
