Responsibilities
Coordinate & Fulfill Orders: Handle order entry, dispatch, scale operations, and ticket processing. Assign contract and private haul trucks, provide accurate maps and directions, and navigate both city and rural routes while following weight restrictions
Deliver Outstanding Service: Respond quickly to customer needs, providing practical solutions and maintaining service excellence
Keep Things on Track: Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels
Manage Transactions: Handle cash, process credit card payments and deposits, and make account adjustments as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a customer-focused role where service excellence was essential preferably in an office environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible, self-starting, punctual and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software
Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams
Critical thinker who uses resources efficiently
Creative problem-solver who adapts quickly to last-minute changes
Steady and composed under pressure in deadline-driven situations
