Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and audit preparation
Conduct financial analysis to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making
Regularly report financial performance to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial data
Lead and guide the finance team, fostering professional development and efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant tax, accounting standards, and regulations
Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes
Manage cash flow, optimize fund usage, and support the company’s operational financial needs
Analyze costs and profits, offering recommendations for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
At least 5 years of relevant financial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis skills
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, with familiarity with both domestic and international financial regulations and tax policies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
High level of responsibility and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure
CPA, CFA, or other finance-related certifications are a plus
Preferred
Experience in fast-growing companies or multinational organizations is preferred
