Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver IT/OT projects aligned with operational and digital transformation goals
Coordinate design and implementation activities across IT, operations, engineering, and external vendors
Monitor project schedules, performance, risks, and costs, escalating issues as needed
Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures with strong financial discipline
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Drive process improvements and contribute to standard methodologies within the IT/OT project management framework
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in IT, OT, digital systems, or infrastructure environments
Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure, industrial automation, and systems integration
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to adapt, solve problems, and apply sound judgment in complex, multi-disciplinary environments
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
