The Senior Marketing Accountant will be responsible for various accounting functions related to D&H’s Marketing activities, including financial reporting, general ledger analysis, and coordinating the monthly accounting close process.

Responsibilities

Preparation and distribution of financial reports related to D&H marketing activities

Marketing Activity P&L profitability reporting and analysis

Marketing Vehicle P&L profitability reporting and analysis

General Ledger account analysis for all related accounts

Reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable

General ledger account reconciliations for marketing accrual and deferral accounts

Assist with annual marketing budget and forecasting of marketing revenues and expenses

Research and resolution of budget variances

Preparation and review of journal entries related to marketing transactions

Financial Report development for marketing activities

Develop, administer and monitor accounting processes, policies and procedures related to marketing

Quick resolution of accounting challenges

Serve as a resource to both Marketing & Finance teams
