Master Compliance Inc is seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to join their dynamic IT team. The role involves designing scalable and secure integration solutions using MuleSoft for complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft integrations utilizing RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other protocols

Architect and implement scalable system architecture solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrations involving Salesforce, Pegasystems, AWS, and other enterprise platforms

Develop and maintain API management strategies, including versioning, security policies, and documentation

Implement best practices for system hardening, vulnerability management, and system security across all integration points

Utilize tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes

Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of MuleSoft applications within complex environments involving cloud infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, ESXi), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)

Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security, including firewall configurations, VPNs, and network segmentation (DNS, DHCP)

Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Required

Proven experience as a Senior MuleSoft Developer or similar role with a strong background in developing enterprise integrations

Extensive knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and modern API design principles (REST, SOAP, Web services)

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and cloud security best practices

Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, C#, or related technologies; familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting is a plus

Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for data integration tasks

Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like Jenkins, Git, and implementing CI/CD workflows

Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), system administration (Windows/Linux/Unix), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure management (Azure)

Familiarity with security frameworks including threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, system hardening, and information security standards
