Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact and ensure successful project delivery
Review contracts, plans, and specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of each project
Coordinate tasks with superintendents, estimators, engineers, and owners to maintain smooth project flow
Develop project schedules, submittal logs, and requisitions, and secure necessary permits and insurance
Manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial aspects, including invoicing and subcontractor payments
Lead progress meetings, address scope changes, and oversee the completion process
Drive safety, efficiency, and high-quality execution across all projects

Required

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred)
5+ years of Experience in Heavy Civil Construction and Construction Supervision
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

OSHA 30-hour training
