Responsibilities
Understand vehicle estimating and how to navigate the repair process and equitable settlements
Oversee rental vehicle authority
Manage the fine details of a claim, like car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements
Qualification
Required
Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
bachelor's degree
Active Insurance Adjusters license
