Provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational assistance for high-net-worth clients

Assist with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service required

Minimum of 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking required

Effective interpersonal communication skills

Must be team-oriented

Adept in word processing and spreadsheets

Capable in the use and navigation of various Bank systems, e.g., mainframe database, customer management system, automated documentation retrieval systems, bank expenses settlement system and other associated bank intranet systems

Attention to detail with consistent and timely follow-through

Ability to implement decisions within authority while applying sound reasoning and judgment

Always presents a professional image and appearance

Preferred

PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets preferred
