Senior Paid Media Manager
Lowe Law Group is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their paid search and local acquisition efforts. The role is focused on hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise in PPC and the ability to optimize campaigns for performance.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize branded and non-branded search campaigns
Defend branded terms against competitors
Manage bids, budgets, match types, negatives, ad copy, and extensions
Monitor impression share, CPL, CPA, and lead quality
Identify waste and reallocate spend quickly
Own LSA setup, ranking, and ongoing optimization
Dispute invalid or low-quality leads
Optimize service areas, hours, responsiveness, and lead mix
Partner with intake/operations to improve call handling and outcomes
Monitor review volume and velocity as a ranking lever
Track performance from click/call → qualified lead → outcome
Diagnose performance issues and implement fixes independently
Produce clear, honest reporting with actionable insights
Surface risks early and propose solutions
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of hands-on PPC experience
Deep expertise in Google Ads
Direct experience managing Local Services Ads
Experience in call-driven, high-intent lead generation
Comfortable operating independently with full ownership
Preferred
Personal Injury, legal, or other local call-first industry experience
Experience disputing LSA leads and managing ranking volatility
Experience collaborating closely with intake or operations teams
Track record of improving efficiency, not just increasing volume
