Talent Acquisition Specialist

LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to join our team onsite in Sacramento. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across a range of professional and technical roles, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise summaries
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps in a timely manner
Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Support compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support workforce planning needs
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required

2 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Knowledge of local Sacramento labor market is a plus
