Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or workforce planning
Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams
Experience leveraging recruitment technology, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems
Ability to pass state mandated background check
Physical capability to perform essential job functions
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, staff, and candidates
