Inside Account Manager - Midmarket

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Account Manager that is dedicated to supporting midmarket customers, focusing on customer retention, organic growth, and demand generation with existing clients.

Responsibilities

Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for midmarket customers
Proactive Lead demand generation activities with existing midmarket customers to expand wallet share of New Era's strategic solution portfolio
Achieve monthly and daily goals:
Researched and aligned calls per day to existing midmarket customers based on existing solutions and upgrades/upsells/organic growth expectations
Meetings per Month (phone, virtual) – Target agenda is established prior to meeting. All information notes post-meeting managed within CRM
Qualified Opportunities per month
Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information
Support agreement renewals of midmarket customers with delivered services and solutions, as required
Participate collaboratively in Sales team meetings, as required

Required

General understanding of Technology services and offerings in a business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo and CRM
Understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn and other platforms in social selling
Exceptional organizational skills and high energy
Excellent communication skills – able to deliver clear, concise messaging to executive stakeholders
Must be able to ask probing questions and gather information/research
Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent
Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus on a goal and achieve that goal
BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels
