Responsibilities

Lead the design of scalable, secure, end-to-end web architectures, balancing technical feasibility with a premium user experience
Develop backend APIs and services using Rust, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI), optimizing for efficiency and high availability
Design and implement responsive, data-driven interfaces using Modern React and specialized UI libraries like Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and HighCharts
Integrate LLMs and intelligent features using ChatGPT, Llama Index (multi-agent workflows), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Design and tune performance for MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, while exploring the frontier of Vector Databases (ChromaDB)
Drive the technical roadmap, mentor junior/mid-level engineers, and establish coding standards and workflows
Refactor existing codebases for maximum performance and security, ensuring robust authentication (JWT) and real-time communication via WebSockets

Required

7+ years of experience in full stack engineering
Experience with frontend technologies: React (Hooks/Context), Redux/Sagas, React Query, GraphQL, and CSS preprocessors
Experience with backend technologies: Rust, Node.js, Python (FastAPI)
Experience with AI & Data: RAG, Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-tuning, and Vector DBs (Chroma/Pinecone)
Experience with databases: MySQL (Schema Design/Indexing), MongoDB, ChromaDB, and Redis
Experience with infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD), Git, and Web bundlers (Vite/Webpack)
Ability to lead the design of scalable, secure, end-to-end web architectures
Ability to develop backend APIs and services optimizing for efficiency and high availability
Ability to design and implement responsive, data-driven interfaces
Ability to integrate LLMs and intelligent features
Ability to design and tune performance for databases
Ability to drive the technical roadmap and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
Ability to refactor existing codebases for maximum performance and security

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with SSR strategies (Next.js) and custom UI/UX library design
Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice orchestration
A passion for high-performance systems and building robust, automated testing strategies in Rust or Python
Experience managing and mentoring teams
