New Grad, Entry LevelHTC Global Services is seeking a Subsystem Engineer to work with the engineering community to ensure program milestones are met and to manage deliverables for various phases. The role involves close collaboration with subsystem/component engineers, tracking milestone deliverables, and providing updates to management. Additionally, the engineer will perform second-level issue triage and utilize various analysis skills.

Responsibilities
Works with engineering community to ensure team meets program milestones and helps to focus team
Manage deliverables for V0, V1, FDJ, PEC, FEC
Track / maintain milestone deliverables for components
Works closely with subsystem/component D&R engineers to help ensure deliverables are completed and loaded into appropriate systems (FEDE, VSEM, 3DX, etc.)
Learn how every Body system functions (through the close working relationship w/ D&Rs above)
Summarize status and provide updates to management / platform / program
Be the on-site systems engineer for early vehicle prebuilds
Second-level issue triage (after Vehicle Systems team)
Identify suspect subsystem / components bring in appropriate subsystem / component experts and teams
