Responsibilities

Collaborate with human resources leadership and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies that promote diversity and ensure best practices
Partner with Human Resources leadership and Operations leaders to design and execute recruiting strategies that drive diverse, high-quality talent into warehouse leadership roles (such as Warehouse Supervisors, Operation Managers, and General Managers), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of warehouse leadership talent that meet both current and future staffing needs across regional operations
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for leadership positions within warehouse environments, including reviewing and dispositioning applicants, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the selection and hiring process
Deliver a positive hiring manager experience by facilitating intake sessions, recruiting calibrations, and post-interview debriefs, ensuring alignment on role requirements and candidate fit
Provide timely reporting and updates on recruiting activities by generating weekly productivity and pipeline reports, monitoring individual performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed
Represent the company brand at networking opportunities and events. Including job fairs, leadership development conferences, and community partnerships to showcase Lineage as an employer of choice for warehouse leadership careers
Make recommendations to continuously improve processes and team efficiency
Share regional knowledge and recruiting experience with team members

Required

5 years full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
Proven experience in driving recruiting initiatives
Experience using an ATS, CRM or other applicant database tool; Workday Recruiting preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, internet and social media research (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to work remotely and be self-driven to complete tasks without supervision
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
