The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming new hires and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by guiding them through compliance, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities
Guide new hires through onboarding paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements
Ensure all documentation meets company, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate new hire training and onboarding classes
Maintain accurate and confidential electronic personnel records
Serve as the main point of contact between new hires and internal departments
Track onboarding progress and provide updates to leadership
Support recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure timely nurse placement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
At least 1 year of Human Resources experience or an HR internship
Strong customer-focused communication skills with the ability to support candidates and internal teams
Comfortable working in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Word
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
