Rotational Engineer
The Shaw Group is seeking recent engineering graduates for their Shaw Engineering Development Program. Participants will have the opportunity to rotate through various engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience and developing cross-functional expertise.

Responsibilities
Participate in 3–4 rotational assignments across engineering disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement engineering solutions
Conduct technical analyses, prepare reports, and present findings to project stakeholders
Support field operations, site inspections, and quality assurance activities
Engage in professional development workshops, mentorship sessions, and leadership training
Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, products, and client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in diverse work environments
Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and independently when required
