Responsibilities

To partner with the operations teams to set aligned, realistic but stretching financial targets as part of the budget process

Work with the sites and the global FP&A team to ensure costs are captured in line with the global FP&A guidelines

To ensure the preparation and sign off of standard costs within the ERP system of the sites aligned with the budget targets established

Work closely with the site teams to understand the causes of monthly financial variances as reported through site financial KPIs and drive action to challenge the causes of adverse performance and share best practice within the client’s FP&A team

Drive the operational excellence program for the sites, working closely with cross functional teams to build credible financial benefit modelling for projects and balanced prioritization aligned with the client’s strategic goals

Build realistic financial forecasts each month, encompassing a good understanding of causes of variances with the operational excellence program to deliver a harmonized financial picture for each site

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in FinanceLN (Infor) ERPOracle ERPSAP ERPExcel skillsSenior operations finance experienceAnalytical approachAttention to detailCommunication skillsLeadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance

Experience of LN(Infor), Oracle, SAP or other ERP system

Strong Excel skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Ability to take an analytical approach with good attention to detail

Tenacity and curiosity to dig deeper

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong connections across functions

Experience working in a senior operations finance position

Comfortable challenging the status quo and being confident to question self and others

Desire to get behind the numbers and turn figures into financial insight

Desire to lead and manage people
