Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload from the initial assessment to the final resolution
Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns
Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings
Qualification
Required
Civil Litigation experience
Insurance Defense experience
General / Professional / Products Liability knowledge
Automotive and trucking negligence knowledge
Medical Malpractice knowledge
Toxic Torts knowledge
Construction Defect / Litigation knowledge
Ability to manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload from the initial assessment to the final resolution
Ability to identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
Strong communication skills to regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings
Ability to argue motions to secure favorable rulings
