Responsibilities
Processing customer payments in accordance with company policies
Monitoring customer accounts and communicating status updates to stakeholders
Generating daily invoices for customer shipments
Communicating with customers to arrange payments and resolve inquiries
Assisting with credit applications
Supporting month-end close activities and reporting
Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely AR operations
Qualification
Required
0–1 year of accounting experience (AR or collections experience preferred)
Strong Excel skills; Sage X3 experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Some college required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
A genuine interest in the outdoor and cycling industry
