Responsibilities

Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley audits across various business units

Support the full audit lifecycle—from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up

Perform Sarbanes-Oxley control testing, process walkthroughs, store inventory observations, and distribution center audits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend value-added solutions

Assist with special projects and follow up on management action plans

Required

1–2 years of audit experience required

2 years experience w/ SOX Testing and financial reporting

Experience w/ Operational Audits, Compliance and risk, Internal Controls

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management required

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Team-oriented and customer service driven

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

CIA/CPA certification is preferred or currently in progress of obtaining

Master's degree preferred

CIA and/or CPA preferred—or willingness to pursue certification
