Program Manager, Peer Resource Center (Pasadena)

Responsibilities
Supervise (individual and group) Interns, Peer Partners. Youth Advocates and Outreach Specialists. Provide clinical supervision coverage to therapists and clinical interns, as needed
Responsible for ensuring adequate staff coverage at the Peer Resource Center (PRC), overseeing day-to-day operations including facilitation and oversight of service referrals, scheduled activities, meals, donations, volunteers, purchasing and tracking of hygiene and clothing supplies
Responsible for hiring, termination, orientation, training and regular on-going supervision of staff
Communicate and coordinate services with other agencies, The City of Pasadena, Los Angeles County, and all other providers of TAY services
Develop and maintain written PRC operational procedures
Participate in annual program budget planning and implementation
Respond to program development needs and requests regarding TAY services
Oversee and manage all contract requirements for PRC funding sources including chart reviews, audits, budget adherence, and meetings with funders on and off site
Ensure notes and data are entered accurately and timely on HMIS (Homeless Management Information System)
Oversee and ensure the success of staff meeting agency productivity expectations and data entry into the PRC PowerApp
Compile and manage PRC data from PowerApp, HMIS and Housing Referral requests and provide accurate data to funders and supervisors
Attend and participate in all Youth Moving On and Family Resource Centers meetings, including staff, in-service, supervisory meetings, training seminars, COA related committees, task force groups, and community meetings
Available On-Call for the Crisis Manager to provide 24-hour LPS and crisis support as needed. This will include managing the crisis phone and responding to crises in the field as needed
Complete LPS (5585, 5150) hold application when needed
Engage and lead program staff in crisis de-escalation and risk assessments at the PRC
Meet agency productivity standard for supervisors, as needed
Lead the coordination and planning of community events including holiday and special events, summer BBQ's and cultural events for clients, family members, and community members
Advocate and spread awareness of PRC services within the community through presentations and outreach efforts to potential funders, government and non-profit agencies
Maintain a required on-site work schedule that includes working until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and until 6:00 p.m. on all other weekdays, with an optional 4/10 alternative schedule based on program needs
Provide full in-person leadership and oversight by being physically present on-site 100% of the time, ensuring effective program operations, staff supervision, and client support

Qualification
Required
Clinical Master's degree required (MSW, MFT, PsyD)
Valid California driver's license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
BBS Registration (Required)
Preferred
Clinical License preferred (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Experience working with the TAY population and the unhoused population preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of both clients and staff from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
working with Transitional Age Youth population: 1 year (Preferred)
