D&H Distributing is a 100+ year old Employee-Owned technology distributor seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement creative go-to-market plans for key manufacturer partners. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams and engage with manufacturer partners to enhance marketing strategies and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Develop Best in class proposal-based channel marketing strategies

Assist in establishing the overall SMB Go-To-Market plan

Shares ownership of marketing revenue goal with Vendor Business Manager(s)

Meets assigned revenue, profit and investment objectives

Owns cross-departmental planning and project management which includes establishing milestones, project tracking, driving mutual performances and meeting deadlines

Identify incremental marketing opportunities to layer upon existing approved manufacturer partner’s plans

Identify and collaborate with purchasing and sales team objectives in specified quarters and develop marketing plans to help achieve

Develop relationship with manufacturer partners to meet with and discuss business opportunities and challenges

Able to assess market opportunities and determine the best fit engagement campaign

Identify new program activities/offerings based upon manufacturer partners needs and in alignment with overall Sales strategy

Responsible for maintaining high satisfaction ratings with our manufacturer partners

Achieve ongoing measurement goals (KPIs) including but not limited to development of creative Marketing strategy & plans, relationship building & management with both internal and external stakeholders, overall manufacturer partners satisfaction and revenue growth

Understand how to develop data-driven marketing plans and speak to results

Travel to D&H Events when necessary
