The Marine Detailer will be responsible for the aesthetic maintenance of boats, ensuring high standards of presentation and structural integrity through detailing, cleaning, and restoration tasks.

Responsibilities

Clean, polish, and maintain boats using appropriate tools and cleaning agents

Perform high-quality detailing including waxing, stain removal, and oxidation treatment

Inspect boats for damage or wear in fiberglass components such as cracks, blisters, or delamination

Maintain cleanliness of boats on the sales lot and ensure presentation standards

Apply finishing touches such as gel coat or paint for aesthetic and durability

Follow all safety and quality standards, including chemical handling and PPE usage

Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces

Address unexpected challenges during detailing or repair using problem-solving skills

Perform other duties as assigned. Learn to repair damaged fiberglass using sanding, patching, resin application, and gel coating
