They are currently hiring a Program Manager Domestic Violence to oversee daily operations and service delivery of domestic violence programs, ensuring services are trauma-informed and client-centered.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and service delivery of domestic violence programs
Ensure all services are trauma-informed, strength-based, and client-centered
Supervise approximately 6 staff members and multiple volunteers
Ensure adequate staffing to meet client needs and service volume
Coordinate all client intakes, assessments, mental health services, and follow-up care
Maintain and review program data to ensure service quality and compliance
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in a timely manner
Ensure accurate and up-to-date client files and databases in accordance with CCAC requirements
Ensure compliance with program policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to secure resources for clients
Monitor program budgets and make adjustments to maintain fiscal responsibility
Uphold and model CCAC values of courageous compassion, solidarity, faith-filled hope and joy, and meaningful impact
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

5+ years of relevant experience
Some supervisory or team leadership experience required
Ability to manage staff, schedules, and program activities
Strong empathy and client-centered approach
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Case Management: 5 years (Required)
Supervisory: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Experience in domestic violence programs, shelters, or transitional housing preferred
Prior case management experience strongly desired
Clinical licensure a plus, not required
Location: Waukegan, IL (Preferred)
