Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Provide overall authority for task order management, ensuring all performance parameters, schedules, and reporting requirements are met
Strategic Advisory: Deliver agnostic advice and recommendations for tactical Zero Trust improvements involving tools, processes, and training
Team Leadership: Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities, including the management of subcontractors and internal staff assignments
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface with government leadership, facilitating weekly status meetings and delivering executive-level briefings
Continuous Improvement: Focus on the integration of ZT solutions across multiple pillars (Identity, Devices, Networks, etc.) to accelerate organizational maturity

Required

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
At least 5 years of professional experience managing complex cybersecurity projects or related IT initiatives
