Responsibilities

Assist in tracking real estate transactions and updating project systems
Coordinate monthly meetings with brokers and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams
Support in managing broker agreements, processing real estate payments including brokerage invoices, commissions, and rebates
Contribute to lease auditing and opex audits to identify potential savings
Manage the filing of lease documents and support the team with lease execution processes and inquiries
