They are seeking a Business Development Liaison – PCSS to build strong community relationships, educate referral sources, and drive growth for their Personal Care & Support Services program.

Responsibilities
Research, identify, and analyze growth opportunities in assigned markets and territories
Achieve agency-defined growth goals for selected accounts in partnership with operations leadership
Maintain and organize weekly calendars, call activity, territory planning, and account development using company systems
Manage time and territory efficiently to maximize productivity and visibility
Communicate consistently and effectively with operations staff in all assigned markets
Build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders
Stay informed about healthcare, home care, payor changes, and market trends that impact PCSS
Uphold company policies and procedures and demonstrate integrity in all actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work experience
Successful sales experience with similar customers; home care or related healthcare experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally
Familiarity with home care services, referral sources, and payors
Ability to work independently, build relationships, and manage a territory effectively
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
