Responsibilities
Perform analytical testing (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, PCR) under cGMP guidelines
Apply aseptic techniques within a biosafety cabinet (BSC)
Maintain, calibrate, and operate analytical instruments
Document results, analyze data, and provide routine reports in compliance with cGMP
Assist with troubleshooting, investigations, and method transfer
Draft and review protocols, reports, and SOPs
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a development or cGMP laboratory environment
Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and PCR (including instrumentation, analysis, and troubleshooting)
Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and cell culture practices
B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline
