Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Temps, Inc. is a logistics company actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, tracking inventory, and resolving issues to ensure smooth fulfillment while acting as a primary contact for clients regarding their shipments and stock status.

Responsibilities
Respond to emails, calls, and requests about order status, product availability, and issues
Process orders, generate packing slips, shipping labels, and track shipments
Monitor stock levels, update records, and report discrepancies to warehouse teams
Liaise with warehouse staff, operations, and carriers to expedite orders or resolve problems
Perform data entry, update customer records, and prepare reports
Qualification
Required
Warehouse CSR: 2 years (Required)
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Detail-orientation in a fast-paced work environment
Respond to emails, calls, and requests about order status, product availability, and issues
Process orders, generate packing slips, shipping labels, and track shipments
Monitor stock levels, update records, and report discrepancies to warehouse teams
Liaise with warehouse staff, operations, and carriers to expedite orders or resolve problems

Preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
Attention to detail accurate order processing and inventory
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
Excellent time management and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with MS Office and WMS software is often required
Previous experience in customer service or a warehouse setting is beneficial
Computer literate, WMS and SAP strongly preferred
SAP Warehouse Management: 2 years (Preferred)
