Responsibilities

Conduct all aspects of the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to placement, including building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, contractors, and clients, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our company values
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent, including attending networking events, and leveraging social media platforms
Utilize data-driven approaches to improve the recruiting process and make informed decisions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates

Required

Tenured successful recruiting experience in staffing, handling full life cycle from sourcing to placement
Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships across a variety of stakeholders
Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
Understanding technical roles and technical skills in the IT and Aerospace sectors
Negotiation skills
Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to recruiting challenges

Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with an Aerospace Engineering recruiting background
