Identify and engage the right decision-makers at target accounts
Start meaningful conversations and book qualified meetings
Follow a structured sales process with clear daily activity goals
Participate in coaching, call reviews, and skill development
Track activity and performance using modern sales tools
Qualification
Required
Must be located in Florida - W2 ROLE
Comfortable starting conversations and making outbound calls
Communicate clearly and professionally
Coachable and open to feedback
Can stay consistent and organized in a metrics-driven role
Motivated by learning, growth, and performance-based compensation
Preferred
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
