10+ years expHED is seeking a Technical Practice Project Leader II who will provide expert-level guidance across multiple projects and studios. This senior individual contributor will shape high-performance technical delivery practices, mentor teams, and collaborate with the Technology Strategist to evolve firmwide standards.

Responsibilities
Guide cross-office initiatives to standardize documentation, modeling and integration workflows
Serve as technical lead on complex or high-visibility projects
Act as a mentor and coach to Specialists and Project Leaders
Provide feedback and recommendations on new technology, documentation and modeling pilots
Collaborate with sector and discipline leaders on delivery strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related design discipline; professional licensure or certification preferred
10+ years of experience in A/E project delivery and digital coordination
Deep understanding of cross-discipline BIM workflows
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
Exceptional communication and mentoring ability
Ability to work across disciplines and stakeholder groups to achieve project goals
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence team members toward successful digital project outcomes
