Responsibilities
Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements
Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions
Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA. Experience with Agile methodologies
Qualification
Required
Gather, document, and validate business; create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Experience with SQL – who can write, understand complex SQL queries
The individual will be supporting data mapping, data lineage, and data quality assessments for financial crimes systems
Banking experience
Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements
