Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to follow and adapt to frequently updated instructions

Technical aptitude for configuring different public-facing AI tools and running structured evaluation workflows

Ability to manage multiple requests and deliver projects on time, even as priorities shift

Clear and timely communication skills for collaborating with the product team and reporting progress or blockers

Proactive mindset with a comfort flagging issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring full coverage of assigned tasks

Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and file management best practices. Experience in content visualization helpful

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or operational field; equivalent practical experience may be considered

2+ years of experience in a technical operations, research, or production support role (ideally in a software, AI, or digital content environment)

Experience with a variety of AI tools and experiences, including an awareness of AI industry insights, news, and evolution

Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and adapt to changing requirements

Proficiency with Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with cloud storage platforms (OneDrive and SharePoint) and basic file management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows

Basic experience with content visualization software (Figma)

Prior exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments

Comfort working in experimental or rapidly evolving spaces
