Responsibilities
Be a Go-To Resource: Travel between branches to provide frontline coverage where needed, ensuring our members always receive top-tier service
Support Members: Assist members with everyday financial transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to loan applications and online banking tools
Build Relationships: Engage with members to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and share the benefits of our products and services – including financial education tools
Problem-Solve with Purpose: Help members troubleshoot issues and support teammates by offering guidance and technical know-how on all our services
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with products, policies, and services so you can serve with accuracy and confidence every day
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of related experience (retail or financial service preferred)
A passion for people, strong communication skills, and a knack for solving problems
Tech-savviness and comfort working with banking software, MS Office, and calculators
The flexibility to travel to different branches as needed (Augusta, Waterville, Rockland, Belfast, and Gray)
