Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts across Michigan
Sell AI consulting, GenAI solutions, agentic AI capabilities, and AI-led testing services
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partner ecosystems
Conduct discovery and value-based selling conversations with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, QA, and Digital Leaders
Position Sanciti AI as a differentiated platform for requirements generation, SDLC automation, and quality engineering
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution alignment
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting discipline
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of B2B new business development experience in IT services, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation
Proven success selling complex services or platforms to mid-market enterprises
Solid understanding of AI and GenAI use cases across software development, testing, automation, and analytics
Strong hunter mindset with structured pipeline management
Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills
Preferred
Experience selling into manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, BFSI, or ISVs is a plus
