Responsibilities
Assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations
Shadowing senior staff on large, complex pursuit efforts
Coordinating client interview preparations like travel and meeting rooms
Managing the marketing team’s supplies and equipment
Collecting and entering information into our project database
Assisting in internal and external event planning
Updating resumes and project sheets
Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
Gathering information for proposal(s)
Integrating with the operations team to learn about our services
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
