Responsibilities

Build and execute the onboarding curriculum that includes technical onboarding and professional skill-building workshops

Own the full planning cycle for events in smaller office locations (Chicago, NYC, Dallas, etc) and virtual/hybrid sessions, managing everything from vendor sourcing and budget tracking to on-site execution

Act as the primary liaison Programs and Recruiting in these smaller office locations ensuring a universal experience for interns regardless of location

Create standardized playbook for AMER New Grad program, delivering the 3-month program regularly

Track and report on program metrics, including participant engagement and NPS

Qualification

Required

Proven track record of building enablement content or training modules specifically for early-career audiences or entry-level professionals

Experience identifying 'skill gaps' and deploying targeted sessions to address them

Direct experience managing large-scale events (50+ attendees), including logistics, catering, AV requirements, and budget management

Ability to produce hybrid events that ensure a high-quality experience for both in-person attendees and remote participants

Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and vendors

Confidence in presenting program ROI and performance data to leadership teams

Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets to track participation data and budget spend

5+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within Talent Development, University Relations, or Enablement

Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3-4 days per week
