Responsibilities
Produce construction drawings in REVIT or AutoCAD based on design sketches, redlines, and guidance from senior team members
Apply standard details
Adapt prototype criteria to meet project-specific requirements with direction from project manager
Supporting project managers by conducting research, preparing documentation, and coordinating project details
Be available to travel to surveys as needed with project management
Call building departments to research information for permit submission
Complete assigned work as requested from supervisor
Qualification
Required
1-2 years working in technical input for construction documents in commercial projects
Bachelor's Degree - Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail, with experience in drawing coordination
Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication, organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Masters Degree in Architecture is nice to have
Ability to produce renderings in REVIT preferred
